Saamagri:200 gm vermicilli (ho sake to bhuni hui jo ke aate/semolina se banti hei) aur 2 litre dhoodh, 200 gram cheeni, 20-25 piste ke tukde, 20-25 badaam, 20 dhakhein (Raisins), 1 cup kadukas kiya hua naariyal, kewra kaa essence, shudh desi ghee, saffron, aur 2 piece hari ilayichi (chahe toh)
Vidhi: thode se ghee mein vermicilli ko bhun le. jab halka bhura rang ho jaye aur vermicilli kadak ho jaye toh gas se utaar lein. aadhe badaamon ko koot lein aur ek paste banaa lein (aap badaamon ko garam paani mein kuch der rakh kar unka chilka bhi utaar sakte hein). baaki bache badaamon ko bahut baareek kaat lein. Isi tarah pista ke tukdon ko bhi kaat lein. dono cheezon ko ek tarf rakh dein. Ab dhoodh ubaalein aur madhyam aanch par pakne dein jab tak ke dhoodh aadha naa reh jaaye. Ab is dhoodh mein bhuni vermicilli daalein, badaam paste, kasaa naariyal, raisins, aur aadhe katei pista daal dein. Ab cheeni daale aur is saare mishren ko achhe se milaien. Upar se kuch saffron chidak dein aur hari ilaychi ko tod kar daal dein. Vermicilli mishren ko aag se utaar lein aur thode badaam/pista chidak kar parosein. Is ko aap thanda yaan garam, kisi tarah se bhi paros sakte hein.
